- I am a young adult embarking on many new adventures as I discover what it is like to leave the comforts of home and family and try new things. I grew up in Oregon with my Mom, Dad and three brothers(one older and two younger). I grew up loving kids which is probably why I became a teacher. Never thought it would be high school but fate stepped in and I would not trade my teenage students for a million elementary kids. I have been married for 3 years to a wonderful man and we just recently had a baby boy who is the joy of our lives. Now as new parents we look forward to our greatest adventure yet.
